I don't approve their changes to the happy hour times.

Didn't realize that they had these "small plates". Definite must try if you love them seafood items!

This was my first time that i tried Sushi... I liked it very much but their service is awful...They are working soooo slow...We got one of our orders after reminding them 3times...At the end we asked for birthday cake...it took about 30min till we got the order

They offer a nice range of fresh food. I liked dining here. The employees are always very nice, rates are fair and the spot is always clean.

Wow. All I can say is that the food is great especially for the low prices they have. Their prices are reasonable, and even better at happy hour! Not to mention their exception customer service. It is some of the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve hd my fair share of restaurants! A must-go-to for anyone in Glendale!

I've been here longer than I can remember great sushi great place the only gripe I have is the plastic straws and the desserts were completely rock hard

Great prices. Great place to have sushi with a group or alone and the prices makes you want to go back.

Fast service, decent sushi. One thing is the sushi orders are for two pieces and it's not indicated. Also the spicy tuna is real spicy.

We eat at Octopus at least once a month. The Yammy Skinny roll is excellent. Their prices during happy hours are great.

Surprisingly good food. Very dark room. Laminated menus need to be cleaned.

Reasonably priced fresh Sushi. Great service. Happy hour prices are very good. Easy Family friendly sushi restaurant which is also good for date nights.

Regular sushi spot with the classic appetizers and rolls. Quality of food is basic, furniture is worn down, so dont expect to go here for a nice celebratory lunch with coworkers.

Super delicious food with amazing deals throughout the day! You can’t go wrong with any of the deals at Octopus! Though some other options that aren’t considered “deals” are far more expensive, you’re always going to get quality food so it makes sense. The service is friendly and fast and you can’t go wrong with anything you order.

Went to Octopus recently with a colleague and ordered enough food for 4 people. Coming from Montreal, I didn't realize that they give you double the number of pieces per specialty roll order. I was impressed by the freshness of the fish and the price. It was excellent. The only dish i was not too keen on was the seared garlic tuna. Not to my taste. Had the salmon carpaccio which was like butter ...delicious. Would I go back....definitely YES!

Absolutely delicious. I had the monk fish liver carpaccio and the octopus salad. Everything was fresh and well balanced. Service from the waitstaff was inattentive at best, but the chef at the sushi bar was lovely to talk to.

This is one of my favorite places to go. They do have happy hour deals which are cool. They have bomb rolls . One of my favorites are the dragon and Vegas roll. Customer service is great they are on top of it. Nothing but good vibes here.

I’ve been eating here for a number of years. Service used to be pretty bad, but I’d come for the happy hour. Now the service is good and the chefs really wanna give you the best sushi their hands can craft. Two thumbs up

Probably the best Octopus in LA (definitely better than the Burbank or downtown locations). Decent sushi and drinks at affordable prices, great happy hour.

Crunchy jalapeno roll was tasty, red dragon was my favorite but the spicy albacore definitely was a let down. It tasted old and like fish had been refrigerated several days.. had heard several good things about this place but maybe since it was close to 8pm when I arrived service and food weren't great.

Stopped by this location, on a Saturday afternoon. There was no wait and parking is available in the near by structure. There was no wait upon arrival. Place is newer compared to the near by Burbank and the sherman oak/Encino locations. Foodwise the family and I went for the happy hour menu, which included limited, but included some of our favorite, premium rolls. Unlike the other locations, rolls were a bit thick with rice as fillers, and found my self removing the excess to get to the core (see picture). I'm sure if I brought it to their attention they would have made an effort to curtail the excess. The staff was friendly and attemptive. Also, there is no parking validation.

By far one of my favorite sushi places to eat. Sushi is always very good and service is prompt and friendly. I usually eat at the sushi bar. And I'm glad they brought Kirin Ichiban Light back. Even when it's been busy, the food has always come out in a timely manner, which is great. Most places don't. You have to park in the public parking structure right across the street and you get 90 minutes free so unless you take 2 hours to eat...you don't have to worry about parking.

I have to be really honest and I tried sushi for the very first time in my life at this restaurant. I really got a great impression because I had a really bad idea about raw fish. I visited this place 3 times already, and for sure I will be coming more often next year.

They serve large dishes and for convenient prices. friendly staff members. Never disappointing.

The food was delicious!!!! The happy hour menu is the bomb!!! The server we had was super good. My friend is allergic to cucumber and they were nice enough to remove it from her order. We're definitely going back.

My favorite place to have sake and beer. The service is good and waitresses are nice from the moment you enter until you leave. It's a nice place for a casual dinner with friends or your partner

I was disappointed after learning that they use the same grease to fry everything. I have a shrimp allergy and to find out that the chicken, veggie tempura and shrimp are all fried in the same grease was concerning. Thank goodness I asked before ordering.

They had good rolled sushi I had thr tuna roll, California roll and avocado roll, with spicy mayo. Nice atmosphere ,nice staff ;)

This place has amazing value and great sushi. Dine in prices for rolls and pieces can't be beat. Their happy hour from 4-closing and all day on the weekends make it the place to be. Friendly service and cool ambiance. Definitely gets busy on weekend nights so expect a wait.

Everything on the menu is super delicious and fresh! Their great customer service makes the experience more enjoyable. I usually avoid going to chain sushi restaurants, but this Octopus location is definitely an exception.

Spicy garlic edamames are amazing!! Food is great and they never have a wait but it's also never empty. Their apple sake is good and priced well.
